Bekah Wachenfeld is an event producer and showcaller with a career built around one thing: making complicated live events work.

Her roots are in theatrical stage management, where she learned early that the best live experiences depend on far more than what happens onstage. They require meticulous planning, clear communication, strong relationships, and someone who can see the entire picture while staying several steps ahead. After years working in the performing arts, including at the (original) Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, Bekah brought that same discipline into the corporate and special events world.

Since then, she has spent more than a decade producing, managing, and calling live events across the country and internationally. Her work has ranged from conferences, executive meetings and multi-day leadership programs to galas, awards programs, performances, broadcasts, and complex events spanning multiple venues and locations.

Bekah's experience reaches across nearly every part of an event: program and speaker management, venue and vendor coordination, production and technical advance, logistics and transportation, food and beverage, staffing, rehearsals, run-of-show development, and onsite execution. She is equally comfortable building the master plan months in advance, coordinating an AV team through a technical rehearsal, troubleshooting a last-minute change backstage, or sitting on headset calling the show cue by cue.

That ability to move between the big picture and the smallest detail is at the heart of her work.

Bekah founded Life Gone Live after years of working both independently and alongside event agencies, production companies, venues, nonprofits, associations, and corporate teams. The company grew from a belief that clients shouldn't have to choose between strategic event leadership and someone willing to get into the details. The strongest events need both.

Her approach is collaborative, organized, practical, and decidedly calm under pressure. She builds systems that make complex projects easier to manage, asks the questions that need to be asked before they become problems, and brings the right people together around a clear plan.
